As Head of People & Culture at Quicksilver Scientific, Melanie led the HR function through a period of significant expansion, helping the company triple both its headcount and revenue.
Her ability to navigate and support entrepreneurial environments, build
culture, drive engagement, and operationalize talent strategies has made her a trusted partner in growth-focused environments. Melanie holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In 2023, Melanie founded Strategic People Solutions with a single goal: to partner with founders in bringing their vision to life – by building people strategies that are a core driver of business success.
